1.) Orders

When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after purchase. (Most cases orders are processed and shipped same business day if ordered before 3pm EST). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Can I cancel or change my order?
We begin processing orders quickly! If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel it.


2.) Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days once your order has been shipped. Delivery times may vary during holidays or high-volume periods.

Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping promotions may be offered during special events and sales. Be sure to follow us on Instagram to stay updated!

My tracking says delivered but I don’t have my package.
Please check with neighbors and your local post office first. Honey Hanger is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked delivered by the carrier.


3.) Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes! We offer store credit for eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Free of stains, odors, or pet hair

  • With original tags attached

What items are final sale?
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Items marked Final Sale

4.) Local Pickup

Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! We offer local pickup in Indianapolis, Indiana.

After placing your order, you will receive an email with pickup instructions, location details, and scheduling information.

Orders are typically ready for pickup within 24–48 hours (in most cases same business day pickup is available).


5.) Sizing & Fit

What if my item doesn’t fit?
No worries! As long as it meets our return conditions, you can return it within 30 days for store credit.


6.) Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, and other payment options available at checkout.

Do you offer Buy Now, Pay Later?

7.) Products & Restocks

Will sold-out items restock?
Some items may restock, but many of our pieces are limited inventory. We recommend purchasing when you see your size available!
